To edit your existing connection settings in Aria, when applicable:
[NOTE: Connection settings should only be modified when Maplewave Support instructs you to do so – they control the branch you are logging into and critical functions related to the sales process.]
- Launch Aria, select the Tools menu, then choose Connections.
2. Depending on the configuration for your organization, you may be prompted for a password – obtain it from your company’s Maplewave Administrator.
3. The Connection Settings menu will open. Select the connection you wish to edit to highlight it, then click the Edit icon.
[NOTE: The site you are currently connected to will have a checkmark in the box beside it. To change connection settings, select the checkbox beside the site you wish to connect to, then click OK.]
4. The Connection Settings Edit window will open. Make the required change(s), as specifically instructed by Maplewave Support, then click OK to save the changes.
[NOTE: Maplewave will notify you and provide specific details if your connection settings require updates – this controls your Aria access. The details outlined in the below image are for example purposes only.]
5. Click OK to close the Connection Settings menu. The updated connection setting is now configured and ready for use.
