Once you have logged in to the Maplewave Support Helpdesk, the Search feature will persistently display on every page of the site.
This allows you to search the entire site for answers to FAQs, articles, help videos and documents, as well as for historical Support Tickets and content from the Forums tab (e.g. Announcements, Current SaaS Service notifications, etc.).
[NOTE: Before creating a New Support Ticket, Maplewave recommends conducting a quick search first – your question may already be answered!]
To search the Maplewave Knowledge Base:
- Enter your keyword(s) or search term(s) in the Enter Your Search Term Here field, then click the Search button.
2. Any results that match your search criteria will be returned. The Search Results are divided into 4 categories:
- Solutions: Displays any Knowledge Base answers to FAQs, articles or videos from the Solutions tab that contain the search terms.
- Topics: Displays any topics available via Community Forums that contain the search terms (e.g. any notifications or articles within the Announcements, Current SaaS Service & Tips/Tricks headings on the Forum tab).
- Tickets: Displays any Support Tickets submitted by the user that contain the search terms. The results will display the ticket subject, description and creation date.
- All: Displays results from the Solutions, Topics and Tickets categories.
[NOTE: The Search Results will be set to show All results by default – click one of the category links provided to adjust this view (i.e. to show only Search Results by Solutions, Topics or Tickets).]
3. Simply click the hyperlinked title of the desired Search Result to view it.
