If you attempt to access V-DOCS Admin multiple times with an incorrect password, your account will be locked as a security precaution.
Locked accounts will automatically unlock after a default time of 2 hours. Or, users with the appropriate permission levels (e.g. Admin users, Managers, etc.) can manually unlock accounts as required.
