If you get an “Error 2 No Such File or Directory” error message when trying to reprint a receipt for a transaction in Aria or NRG Fast Cash, it means the system crashed at the end of that sale due to connectivity issues.
As a result, the receipt for the transaction cannot be reprinted in Aria or NRG Fast Cash. The transaction, however, is usually saved in the Sales Journal.
- Users with Core/Windterm Access: Can reprint the receipt there.
- Aria / NRG Fast Cash Only Users: You can:
- Void the sale and process it again, if your Company’s Default Settings permit this (i.e. you can usually only void a sale on the same day it occurred).
