After a Support Ticket has been opened, you can add additional pertinent notes to it to assist the Maplewave Support team in resolving the issue:
- Locate the desired Support Ticket and click it to view it.

2. The ticket will open. Any original notes on the ticket will be visible. Select the Click Here to Reply to This Ticket feature at the bottom of the window.
3. A text box will open to allow you to add additional details to the Support Ticket. Formatting options are provided that can be used if desired. Select the Attach a File link to add any additional attachments to the ticket.
4. Click the Reply button to save the additional information with the Support Ticket.
