To conduct a price check for an item: 

  1. Navigate to the POS module and Add the Customer to the sale.

  2. Click the Inquiry button from the bottom navigation bar.




      3. A menu will open – select the Price Check option.




      4. A Price Check prompt will open - scan or enter the item’s UPC in the provided field, then click OK


[NOTE:  Only numbers can be entered in this field.]



      5. The item’s description and price will be returned.  Select 1 of the following options:

  • Add Item to Transaction:  Click this button to add the item to the sale. 
  • Don’t Add Item:  Click OK to return to the sale without adding the item.
