To conduct a quantity check for an item:

  1. Navigate to the POS module and Add the Customer to the sale.

  2. Click the Inquiry button from the bottom navigation bar.




      3. A menu will open -select the Quantity Check option. 




      4. A Quantity Information prompt will open.  Enter the item number, description or UPC in the provided field, then click OK


[NOTE:  If multiple matching records are found, you will be prompted to select the desired item from a provided list.] 



      5. The Item Quantity Detail by Branch window will open for the selected item, indicating its quantity across all inventory locations (e.g. New, Used, etc.).  Use the Branch Set and Branch dropdown menus at the bottom of the window to view quantity on-hand by branch or branch set.
