NRG Fast Cash’s Suspended Sales functionality allows you to open multiple instances of Fast Cash and switch between them. This allows you to temporarily pause a transaction and complete it later that same day:
- From the Transaction screen, click the Suspend Transaction button towards the bottom of the screen to pause the transaction in progress.
2. The Switcher window will appear. A list of NRG sessions in progress will display in the middle of the window – select the Switch to Main Screen button to open a new instance of NRG Fast Cash.
[NOTE: Select the Cancel button to close the window & return to the transaction that was just paused.]
3. Perform your new task in the new instance of NRG Fast Cash (i.e. a new sale, a shelf count, etc.).
4. When ready, use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ALT + X to re-open the Switcher window.
5. The Switcher window will open. Select the transaction that was previously suspended and click the Switch to Selected Action button to return it.
