To conduct a price check for an item before adding it to the sale:

  1. Click the Start Sale button to begin a new transaction, as normal.  

  2. Select the Price Check button from the menu on the right-hand side of the Transaction screen. 




      3. A prompt will appear for you to enter or scan the item’s UPC – do so in the field provided, then click the OK button.  

      4. The item description and price will be returned – select 1 of the following options:


  • Add Item to Transaction:  Click this button to add the item to the sale. 
  • Close:  Click this button to close the Price Check notification.
