To conduct a quantity check for an item across all branches:

  1. Click the Start Sale button to begin a new transaction, as normal.  

  2. Select the Other Functions button from the menu on the right-hand side of the Transaction screen.


 


      3. The Other Functions menu will open – select the Quantity Information option.

      4. A Quantity Information prompt will open – use the Enter Command/Search field to search for the desired item (e.g. by description, item number, UPC, etc.).  


[NOTE:  If multiple matching records are found, you will be prompted to select the desired item from a provided list.] 



      5. The Item Quantity Detail by Branch window will open for the selected item, indicating its quantity across all inventory locations (e.g. New, Used, etc.) for all branches.  Use the Other Branch dropdown menu at the bottom of the window to view quantity on-hand for a specified branch.
