The Add Service Item option on the Transaction screen allows you to add service items to the sale (e.g. rental fees, gift certificates, prescription fees, etc.):

  1. Click the Start Sale button to begin a new transaction, as normal.  

  2. Click the Add Service Item button towards the bottom of the Transaction screen. 




      3. The Add Special Service menu will appear – complete the following information as described below, then click the OK button


[NOTE:  The Special Services that display are configured for your organization.]

  • Special Services:  Select the applicable Special Service from the list.

  • Quantity:  Enter the quantity for the Special Service (if applicable).

  • Price:  Enter the price of the Special Service (if applicable).

  • GST/PST:  Enter the tax rates of the Special Service (if applicable).

  • Coupon Type:  Select a Coupon Type from the dropdown menu (if applicable) – you will need to enter a Coupon Amount in the corresponding field.  




      4. The Service Item will be added to the sale for the parameters specified.  Click the Tender Sale button to Tender the Transaction, as normal.
