When required, transaction receipts can be reprinted via NRG Fast Cash. It is also possible to reprint receipts for other types of transactions, such as purchase orders, stock transfers, etc.
[NOTE: The ability to reprint credit/debit receipts is based on your organization’s configuration – this may not be integrated.]
There are 2 methods for reprinting receipts, depending on whether the series/folio number is known – refer to the below sections for details.
Series/Folio Number is Known
To reprint a receipt using the series/folio for the transaction:
- Click the Maintenance button upon logging into NRG Fast Cash.
2. The Maintenance menu will open. Click the Old Receipts option.
[NOTE: The options that appear are configured for your organization.]
3. The Old Receipts window will open. Complete the following information as outlined, then click the Retrieve button:
- Receipt Type: Select the Receipt Type from the dropdown. If configured, Regular Receipt must be used to reprint a credit/debit slip.
- Series/Folio to Reprint: Enter the series-folio in the Series/Folio to Reprint field. This defaults to the last processed sale but can be edited if required.
- Reprint Receipt vs. Reprint Credit/Debit Card Slip: Select the desired option. If configured, Reprint Credit/Debit Card Slip must be used to reprint a credit/debit slip.
4. The receipt will display in the Preview area – click the Print button at the bottom of the window to print it.
Series/Folio Number is Known
To reprint a receipt when the series/folio for the transaction is not known:
- First, you must access the customer’s history – refer to View Customer History for details.
- Then, from the Customer Inquiry window, select the transaction you need to reprint a receipt for and click the Receipt button.
3. The Old Receipts window will open. Refer to the previous section, beginning with step #3, for full details on reprinting the receipt from this point.
